Perfect die-cutting results with a flick of the wrist
Whether it’s business cards, invitations, playing cards or other printed materials – with the newly developed Hornung MS 1, perfect die-cutting results can be achieved with a flick of the wrist.
The interchangeable, fully hardened and precision-ground cutting tools made from high-performance steel ensure precise die-cutting results. And not just with paper. The Hornung MS 1 can also process plastics, leather, textiles and light metals.
And a fully automated model is already in development, too, and is expected to be unveiled later in the year.

Further expansion of our fleet of machine tools
As a forward-looking company, Hornung GmbH has always placed great importance on sustainable business development and continuous investment – both in new technologies and in state-of-the-art machinery.
The company’s fleet of machine tools was therefore purposefully extended again in the first half of 2014 to enable it to offer customers even more capacity and a greater range of services in the future.
New additions include an exceptionally powerful CTX beta 500 CNC lathe, a universal marker laser for a wide variety of applications and materials, and an ultra-modern Tesa-hite 3D measuring machine for checking the highest quality standards.
